Info

The New Hampshire Seacoast Region lies in the southeast area of New Hampshire that includes the eastern portion of Rockingham County and the southern portion of Strafford County.

Winding parallel to the Atlantic Ocean the seacoast runs about 13 miles from New Hampshire’s border with Salisbury, Massachusetts to the Piscataqua River and New Hampshire’s border with Kittery, Maine. Visitors see a pretty rough, rocky shoreline except for a few picturesque beaches carved out by jetties especially notable in the towns of Hampton and Rye.

Portsmouth

Portsmouth is the largest municipality and only city in Rockingham county. It serves as the cultural and commercial hub of the area and is a must-visit destination with tourist attractions and landmarks that include Strawberry Banke, the Moffatt-Ladd House and the John Paul Jones House.  (Note: This Europeans permanently settled this part of New Hampshire in the early 17th century.)

The Seacoast region also consists of the Isles of Shoals, White, Seavey, Lunging and Star in Maine.

With its location in North Hampton, Sea Coast Camping and RV Resort sits in the middle of this gorgeous seacoast, offering guests an economical place to stay while enjoying the New Hampshire seacoast!
